Whew! Time to Relax. After all it is 71 days until September 12th! And it is Hot Outside!
It's July 3rd. What does September 12th have to do with anything?
But wait a minute....That is about 10 weeks or 50 business days until that Tuesday of the first full week after Labor Day. So What? What does that mean? That is when your tradeshow opens. Where you and your company will be on display rolling out new products? Services? People? That tradeshow opens at 10:00 AM Tuesday the 12th. Ready?
Well - give your team about 2 weeks for a new graphic look, then about 2 weeks for everyone to sign off, then 2 weeks for production - that is 6 weeks until your new graphics and branding can be on your booth.
But wait.....Your Booth Ships in about 6 weeks! For things to be smooth you want to ship to advance warehouse. Yup. It is early July and you are already behind for your September Tradeshows!
OK - It might not be that bad as we are still in July but your exhibit house should already looking at the schedule for September, October and November. Yes - we here at Exhibit Associates are looking out further than that for some customers when it comes to design and building new booths for our clients - but for our Show Services team September, October and November are here - Now! #tradeshows wait for no one.
